If you are interested confirming reservation, then you will be charged 50% as deposit reservation. $4000 is required for security deposit plus rent. A period of 45 days is required prior scheduled arrival. Telephone calls both local and distance is included to the weekly rates. Further, using internet, cable TV, toys, maid services, etc. are also included. There is no inclusion of international calls. Monthly cleaning charge will be $250. There is a chance of getting your money back or getting refunded of your reservation deposit, but be careful that this will be valid if the arrival is 60 days earlier. There are no exceptions to it. But security deposit can be obtained in full. There will be no expenses incurred after departure of 14 days.
