Thousand Oaks, the area where our Villa is located, is one of the most peaceful and secluded developments in the area. This exclusive area is appropriately named as the villas are surrounded by beautiful woodland conservation with a multitude of very old majestic oaks and pines. It has several natural, deep-water lakes, the largest of which is just over 40 acres and teeming with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Woodland walks, fishing and wildlife watching are favorite pursuits. Thousand Oaks is situated just south of Walt Disney World on Ronald Reagan Parkway. Many golf courses, including the world famous ?Champion?s Gate? course, as well as local supermarket shopping and other convenience stores are only minutes from your luxury home.
This unique home is built completely around the screened-in pool & spa courtyard, providing complete privacy. Another unique feature of this home is that one bedroom is detached from the main part of the house with queen bed and en suite bath ( with it?s own coffee maker and small fridge). This is ideal for friends traveling together but wanting their own space. The Master King suite has a large walk in closet and an extra large bathroom with a shower stall as well as a large garden tub. The third bedroom, a Queen Suite, with a walk in closet and the 4th bedroom is a Mickey Mouse Theme Room with twin beds. All bedrooms have vaulted ceiling, TV?s, and all but the ?Mickey Mouse? room have patio doors for access to the pool courtyard. The larger then average kitchen, with seating for 10 people, is fully equipped for your vacation culinary requirements. A propane grill is available outside for your barbequing enjoyment.
Our ?Disney Theme? games room is equipped with an air hockey game, table tennis and a dartboard.
In the back yard, you will find a lovely patio, as well as orange trees, lemon and grapefruit trees. This is a wonderful spot for a morning coffee or a place to suntan on the loungers provided. When in season, you can pick your fresh fruit for breakfast.
