Our home has been custom decorated and furnished in the true tropical Floridian style. It is fully air conditioned, has vaulted cathedral style ceilings and ceiling fans throughout.
Sleeping Accommodation
Our villa can sleep up to 10 guests plus a baby. With two double master en-suites and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, it is perfect for two or even three families sharing or one large family seeking total comfort. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the games room, and a large cot available for "your little one". All bedrooms have either fixed or remote-controlled ceiling fans and the master suites either have a 19" cable television or a radio alarm clock.
Bathrooms
The queen master has a two person shower in the en-suite bathroom with a door leading onto the pool deck and both the double master en-suite and the family bathroom have a bath with a shower.
The Great Room and Dining Areas
With a cathedral ceiling, large comfortable sofas, 54" cable television and sound system this room offers a perfect air-conditioned haven for relaxing inside. Glass sliding doors open out onto the patio and poolside. The dining area will seat 8 guests and there is a further breakfasting area with seating for 4 people and a high chair also overlooking the pool and gardens. For entertainment it has a 54" digital cable television, video player together with a 3 stack CD, radio and cassette.
The Games Room and Entertainment
This is a lovely cool and airy room in which to relax and offering an "escape" for the children, or adults from the children! It has a full-size table tennis table complete with nets, bats and balls, a 25" cable television, selection of games, videos, books and card games for both adults and children, a large seating and play area together with a queen sized sofa bed.
The Swimming Pool, Deck and Garden
The villa is ideally situated with a fully screened and secluded, south facing, heatable swimming pool offering you all day sunshine, even in the winter months. With luxury sunloungers, patio table and chairs, providing an al-fresco dining area, together with a top-of-the-range gas barbecue there is no better way to enjoy those wonderful balmy evenings with the delights of a private pool set within a large elevated corner plot with fully landscaped tropical gardens.
For guests with Children in Mind
For additional safety and peace of mind with young children we have fitted high-level security locks on all entrances into the pool area. Also available for your use at our villa, and included in the rental is a deluxe baby stroller, high chair and cot/play pen together with Disney character plates, cups and cutlery, not to mention bed linen and towels!

The home is fully equipped with every conceivable extra including ceiling fans in every room including the covered lanai area outside, large washing machine, tumble dryer, drying area, steam iron and ironing board, 2 hairdryers, bed linen and towels, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, self-cleaning oven, electric coffee-maker, 4 slice toaster and an electric can opener!
