If making your reservation within 30 days prior to arrival, it must be made by credit card. All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee. Advance rental payment (at the time of booking) is $325. If trip insurance is purchased, that is due at the time of booking also. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making your reservation with 30 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Rates do not include Tax, $25 Reservation Fee and $45 damage waiver covering up to $1500 of accidental damage. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on or before the 30 days prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $325 initial deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless trip cancellation insurance has been purchased and it is for a covered reason.
