Unlike other websites, we do not want our customers to fight for their money if they didn't like the services. We are happy to refund our customer's money and few scenarios are defined below.
If you are not satisfied with our services and you feel you were misled or any wrong information was given regarding your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will process a complete refund.
If you change your mind for some personal reasons and do not wish to carry on with our services with no faults from our side, you will still be eligible for a refund but we need to be informed within 7 days of your purchase. We will refund entire money back to you with No Questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with the performance and you did not get desired results from us, you can contact us for a refund which will be given on Pro Rata basis. If you have used 6 months of your annual subscription and you think you are not getting what you expected, please give us a call or email us and we will happily refund the amount on pro rata basis.
