We just added both our properties to VacationRentalPlanners.com. The statistics say it all. During the 60 day trial period, property 1691 received 234 views, resulting in 28 inquiries and 1 booking. Property 1692 received 165 views, resulting in 28 inquiries and 1 booking. Both bookings were more than enough to pay the yearly subscription fee. We have even higher hopes for the future since the inquiries keep pouring in. Tony has been amazing during this entire time. His attention to detail rivals mine. He listens and promptly "gets things done." He has worked on rectifying our calendars, adding better pictures, and even changing our usernames. I put the ad in Vacation Rental Planners for a few days and I immediately began to receive requests for availability, in addition, have followed me fully in the process of placing the ad, rather they have done pretty much everything! Really a service efficae.
