The studio was renovated in 2014.

It is very pleasant, sloping , somewhat isolated , overlooking the rooftops and completely silent.

It overlooks a private green terrace of 15m2.

The layout is very comfortable: leather sofa, Murphy bed with quality mattress , fitted kitchen , hob , microwave , washing machine , flat screen TV , wifi , barbecue ...

The street is listed as historical monuments.

The accommodation can accommodate 2 people.

His only weak point is to be on the 5th floor with no elevator, but it is under the roofs of Paris ...

I live few floors below and is available to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I work in the performing arts sector and will be happy to give you places to go out.

The studio is located in the Nation metro ( line one of the best connected ) , you quickly anywhere in Paris .

Animated nearby neighborhoods (fashion, coffee shops ... ) : 10 minutes walk from Charonne district, 15 minutes walk from Bastille. Tourist areas : metro or RER , 15 minutes from Châtelet -les- Halles, 20 minutes from the Champs Elysees, Charles de Gaulle Etoile, 25 minutes from the Trocadero, Montparnasse or Pigalle .

The center of Paris : 15 minutes by metro from the Marais or Republic , 20 minutes from the Latin Quarter. Beautiful walks : 10 minutes from the Bois de Vincennes or green Casting, 15 minutes from the Seine.

There is also good and friendly eateries 2 steps and the area is very commercial .

Une grande terrasse fleurie où l'on peut faire un barbecue.

Il se situe à 3 minutes de la Place de la Nation, l'un des quartiers les mieux desservi en transports.

Un lieu idéal pour se ressourcer :

Le studio a été refait à neuf début 2014.

Il est très agréable à vivre, mansardé, un peu isolé, vue sur les toits et complètement silencieux.

Il donne sur une terrasse privative fleurie de 15m2.

L'aménagement est tout confort : canapé en cuir, lit escamotable avec matelas de qualité, cuisine équipée, plaques à induction, micro-onde, machine à laver, télé écran plat, wifi, barbecue...

La rue est inscrite au titre des monuments historiques de la Ville de Paris.

Le logement peut recevoir 2 personnes.

Son seul point faible est d'être au 5ème étage sans ascenseur, mais on est sous les toits de Paris...

J'habite 3 étages en dessous et reste disponible pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Je travaille dans le secteur du spectacle vivant et serai ravie de vous indiquer des lieux où sortir.

Le studio est situé au métro Nation (une des stations les mieux desservies), vous êtes rapidement n'importe où dans Paris:

- Des quartiers animés à proximité (mode, cafés-restaurants...) : à 10 minutes à pied du quartier Charonne, 15 minutes à pied de Bastille ...

- Des quartiers touristiques : en métro ou RER, à 15 minutes de Châtelet-les-Halles, 20 minutes des Champs Elysées, de Charles de Gaulle Etoile, 25 minutes du Trocadéro, de Montparnasse ou de Pigalle...

“Perfect little apartment”
This Apartment was small but perfect for our needs. Nice bathroom & shower which is a big deal for me. Kitchen supplies were great as well: tea, plates, mugs and a mini kettle as well. It is on the top floor so good exercise for us and most importantly, the closest station, Nation, was on a very accessible line. Yael the owner was responsive before arrival and helpful throughout our stay. Even when I had trouble with the key, she came to help me. The only issue I had was that I am very sensitive to bugs. If you are like me, be careful about leaving the door open to the patio. Otherwise, we had a wonderful short stay!

“Perfect for one or two people - lovely terrace”
Yael’s place had everything I needed for my short stay. Close to transport and grocers as well as very good restaurants and bars. Yael was an excellent host!
