PROPERTY Description

Authentic Parisian artist loft with very high windows, in the large sitting and dining room and three cosy private bedrooms. This apartment is situated in a very animated, trendy district and it is very calm since it is in a nice typical yard of the XIX th century with trees. Families are welcomed since one of the bedroom has two single beds, dedicated to kids.

From the apartment it is very easy to visit all monuments in Paris; we are very near (one minute walking) to the underground station of Saint-Ambroise, and Oberkampf, which give you the opportunity of two lines (9 and 5) of "métro"and if you prefer buses ,there are numerous also. 

You can walk very easily to the Bastille area, and to the famous " Marais" which is the oldest district of Paris (16th , 17th). This apartment is a large apartment so you may like spending time there to relax once you have visited Paris!

It is our family apartment so you find everything to live in and in the district at 20 meters, you find a super market, and on Tuesday and Friday a typical outside french market. At 50 meters, butchers, cheese shops, wine shops, bakers have a large choice! The apartment is ready for you as you arrive with bed lining, and towels. At your disposal, some guides of Paris in English and French.

“Lovely Quirky Appartment”
Great Location 2 min from the main metro lines and 5 min from bus routes to the Louvre. The stairs are a bit quirky and steep but the apartment is spacious, and comfortable. everything you could ask for really. Highly recommend and thank you for a being part of a great trip. Mark

“Superb location and a wonderful light, airy and fun apartment”
Great location - easy access to the Metro and some fun local shops and restaurants. Marie had left lots of tourist information so it was easy to find what we needed and the apartment was just super. It was a peaceful haven in central Paris. There is a lovely light and airy feel to the apartment, good sized bedrooms and living area and the bathroom had just been redecorated. Watch out for a few sloping ceilings (my husband is tall and get's caught out!). Would recommend.
