“Everything we needed for our short stay in Paris”
We stayed in this apartment for three nights in September, 2015.We had a little difficulty determining which building it was in, the street numbers are a little confusing. But Francoise showed up right on time and rescued us from the sidewalk. There are two elevators, and since this apartment is on an upper floor, that made all the difference. It's a very popular apartment, but it shows no sign of it - everything was clean and new looking. All systems worked well - it was a little cool for early September, so we didn't need the air conditioner, but it was nice knowing that it was there. As has been mentioned in other reviews, Francoise doesn't speak English, but the gentleman who cleans for her did an excellent job of explaining things to us. Oh, and there's an American coffee maker as well as coffee itself. The croissant store across the street had delicious pastries, and it was good to enjoy it with morning coffee! Thank you, Francoise, for taking care of your guests so well!

“Very Affordable Apartment in Excellent Location”
This apartment is exactly as pictured. It is small but very thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable bed. The kitchen has a lot of amenities including a dishwasher, clothes washer and electric tea kettle as well as stove, microwave and a nice size refrigerator. Jerome the nephew of Francoise met us promptly at 1 and explained things. He also made a quick repair when a leak developed in the dishwasher. This apartment worked out very well and I would be happy to return.
